Top Quality Renewables we Trust in 2025

Everyone looking to go green in 2025 is seeking quality renewables that they can rely on. They also look for renewables that yield results and perform optimally. However, with numerous brands and models available, it can be challenging to find the right ones for you. We’ve been working with a range of quality renewables for seven years now and have experience with numerous solar PV, EV chargers, and battery storage systems, which has given us a good understanding of which ones are worth investing in.

What are Quality Renewables?

Quality renewable energy systems, including solar PV, EV Chargers, and Battery Storage, are designed to perform well, be safely installed, and operate effectively. They consistently generate the expected energy output while complying with safety and environmental regulations. This idea extends beyond merely being a renewable resource; it encompasses the entire lifecycle of the technology, ensuring it is dependable, sustainable, and minimises adverse effects.

Solar PV Trusted Brands

In the entire year of 2024, an estimated 200,000 home installations of solar panels were carried out, meaning that the desire for renewables isn’t going away. However, investing in Solar can be costly to begin with, and even more expensive if you get a poor installation or an even worse brand. We currently use a range of Solar PV brands, including Sigenergy, Anker solix, Solar Edge and Tesla. Be sure to check out the recent video below, which features some of the trusted brands we mention here.

Sigenergy

Sigenegy has taken the market by storm in 2025 and looks to continue to do so into 2026. It has a solution from a two up two down right through to massive commercial installations. Been a relatively new manufacture to the market has allow the company to pivot and move with what the end user wants or needs, as well as listen to us installers about things we would like to see improved. Listening you the installer base has allowed the product to be improved allowing for a cleaner and tindery installer into the end users home or business. While listening to the end users has brought great new features to the app that is the window to the how the system is preforming and energy is been utilised in the building.

Solar Edge

The longest-standing manufacturer in our trusted brands lineup, and with good reason. SolarEdge most likely offers the most complete solution for the solar market. Whether it’s the panel-by-panel optimiser covering any shading issues, or rapid DC shut-down in the event of an on-roof fault —something we feel will be massive in the coming years —we think it’s a massive win. Full home backup, energy storage, hot water diverters, and plenty more.

Commercial installs are our go-to option due to the safety they offer and the data they provide, allowing finance teams to really drill down into the ROI they can expect from the renewables system.

EV Chargers Trusted Brands

The UK are taking a stand with renewable solutions by banning the sale of new petrol and diesel cars from 2030. To stay ahead of the curve, people are looking for eco-friendly models, such as Teslas, to get them from A to B. With a new car, you’ll need a new way to run it (or in this case, charge it!). Here is a list of brands that we Trust will deliver the best performance, on which our clients can rely.

MyEnergy Zappi

Zappi is, for most installers, the go-to charge unit. Designed and manufactured right here in the UK. It offers integration to Solar PV system,s allowing you to charge your car on pure green renewable energy. With a super simple app showing just how the energy in the building is used we often call it the gate way drug into renewables. Available in both 7kw and 22kw, it’s the perfect solution for home or work.

Hypervolt

Sometimes you want a flashing light, while still looking good! The hypervolt offers many of the same features as the Zappi, but it is only available in 7kw flavour. What it does offer is up to a 10m cable length for the installs where we need to reach more than one location on the driveway, cause who wants to be fighting over the only space on the driveway to charge a car?

Battery Storage

Anker Solix X1 energy storage system is a great example of one of the quality renewables DMH offer.

Many brands are competing in the battery storage market, and we’ve recently worked with Anker Solix to understand their X1 Energy Storage System. The X1 stands out for its sleek design that fits well in UK homes, unlike bulky alternatives. It offers real-time energy usage data on its matte display and includes an EPS socket for backup power during outages. Read more about our thoughts on this fantastic system in our hands-on review.
